Biography

Print Club Edition works are produced in our studio and developed collaboratively between our Directors Elizabeth Corkery and Graham McDougal — both independent contemporary artists.

Corkery holds a BFA from the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales, and an MFA from Cornell. Her work has been featured in exhibitions across the United States, Europe, and Australia, with solo and group exhibitions at Rivalry Projects, Buffalo, NY; Fused Space, San Francisco, CA; Providence College Galleries, Providence, RI; Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, Cornell University; and Iidiko Butler Gallery, Fordham University, among many others. Corkery has participated in numerous residencies, including the John Michael Kohler Arts Center; The London Summer Intensive at The Slade School of Art, London; Studio Apprenticeship, The Fabric Workshop and Museum, Philadelphia; and the Joan Mitchell Foundation Fellowship at the Vermont Studio Center, among many others.

McDougal's work has been exhibited recently at Providence College Galleries, Regina Rex, New York; Firstdraft and KNULP, Sydney, Australia; and Outside Gallery, North Adams, Massachusetts, Tiger Strikes Asteroid, Chicago and Fjord Gallery, Philadelphia. His prints and multiples have been included in projects at the Print Center Philadelphia, IPCNY and Printed Matter Inc, both in New York. He has received grants from the Scottish International Education Trust, New York Foundation for the Arts, Cornell Council for the Arts and the Hellman Foundation. He has participated in residencies at the Byrdcliffe Art Colony, Woodstock, New York and Kala Art Institute, Berkeley, California. McDougal has taught within the art programs at Cornell University, Oberlin College, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University and the University of California Davis.
